I was out in Chicago recently visiting my old friend Chris Peters. He happened to be growing a bunch of hops in his backyard. It just happened that I had to design the banner and ads for an upcoming Oktoberfest. We filled a beer boot with some Oktoberfest brew and set about shooting. Here’s the new Ale House t-shirt design. Available from them for only $20. Brooklyn Ale House tees I just dropped off my entry for the Gravity Races at Pierogi. It’s based on the old pinewood derby that we used to have in Boy Scouts. But I’m a lousy woodworker, so I used a Poland Springs bottle to cast the body out of plaster, then added some wheels from a car I bought [...] I’m in a group show at Brooklyn Artillery in Bushwick, basically its a huge new building with a ton of unsold condos. So they invited a bunch of artists to hang their work. The opening was last week but the show is up until the end of the month. |
