Here are some shots of a piece that I did for the 3rd Annual Brooklyn Bridge birthday show at Brooklyn Tattoo. I was happy to finally be able to use this Brooklyn Bridge sign that I’ve had for years.
The piece is a mix of materials. the imagery is applied using Xerox transfers, and I also used acrylic paint, paint markers and sharpies. I kicked this piece out over the weekend before I had to drop it off at the gallery, and it was a ton of fun to not think too much about it beforehand and just kick it out.
